He also presented a series ofvery tasteful catalogues descriptive of his apparatus. The repre-sentatives of the company present at the Convention were , New York; J. A. Hanna and W. H. Gray, of Chicago;A. W. Field, of Boston; E. G. Long, G. H. Bowers and W. , of New York. The Peckham Truck Company occupiedas its headquarters at the Convention a large parlor in the Hotel. EXHIBIT OF STERLING SUPPLY AND MFG. CO. Brunswick, where visitors were made welcome. The companyhad on exhibit here large-sized models of its various types oftrucks, and showed to excellent advantage the character of con-struction. These models were made of aluminum and were per-fect reproductions of every detail of manufacture of the largetrucks themselves. They received the careful attention of a largenumber of delegates. THE FALK MANUFACTURING COMPANY was ably rep-resented by E. A. Wurster, secretary and treasurer; G. C. Smith,chief engineer, and Henry L. Prater, general sales agent. Thecompany this year exhibited a number of its joints which haveben in service for the past four years on different roads through-out the country. The condition of these joints proved that trafficunder a headway of half a minute did not affect the rail at thejoint any more than at the center.
