The milk produced is 'loose' ie raw milk that is sold direct or wholesale to shopkeepers and sweet martes without any additional treatment save for chilling by ice. The higher fat content of 7% makes it ideal for sweet manufacture but also more expensive than cow's milk 35-40 INR / li

As a result it is not considered to be as healthy as the former unless that is you are especial needful of unsaturated fats.
