On one corner of the Batist, white embroidery can be seen: Schuingplace The initials m and H. Each letter is in a separate oval cartouche, which are crocheted and decorated with bunch of trush and feathered leaves. There is a crown above the decorated initials. The handkerchief is trimmed around the batist with an edge mechanic side, an increditated machine ground soil. The outer edge attached directly to this is made of clamping side, with a recurring pattern of two degrees and flat-printed C motifs. The motifs are made in linen stroke and are fitted with thicker and shiny contour wires. An ornamental ground has been applied within the C motifs, a rose ground. The slight sloping edge is finished with picots. The edge clamping side is smoothly placed on the handkerchief of the wrinkled corners.
