Preston, UK. 25th June 2017. Preston’s own Miss England 2016, Elizabeth Grant led the traditional Caribbean Carnival through the city's streets. Preston Carnival is the largest and longest running cultural celebration outside of Preston Guild. The event was cancelled last year due to funding problems but a scaled down parade thrilled onlookers and brought colour to the streets.
