Copyright Mark Pearson Adwari Uganda 13 04 2005 Food supplies are delivered in the army controlled Adwari village Adawri has suffered from looting and abductions from the Lords Resistance Army and relies completly of on aid from World Food Programme There are around 1 500 000 Internally Displaced persons in northern Uganda around 100 000 people have been killed and 25 000 children abducted The Ugandan Goverment is unable to sto the war therefore the country relies heavily on foreign assistance to feed and shelter the population
