At Drotting-holm in Sweden, we saw one of theoldest theatres on the European contin-ent, and at Skansen, an open-air museumwhere cottages have been set up whichare typical of different parts of Sweden, The Old Internationals in everycountry made us feel that the Chinesemotto was quite true for never did wefeel like strangers in a strange land! 197 T H K C A N A D I A N NURSE. Church at Cofenhagen built byQueen Alexandra of Efigla^id \X^ returned to England the last weekin April, and worked very diligentlyuntil the middle of June even thoughthe thought of the English countrysidemade us feel that we wanted to spendmore time exploring its beauty. Thenduring the International Red CrossConference we were guests of His Ma-jestys Government at a reception for Red Cross delegates at the LondonMuseum, and also of the City of Lon-don at the Guildhall. Our certificates were presented to uson the last day of June, and I spent thefollowing ten da)S at the Royal Infirm-ary and the Hospital for Sick Childrenin Glasgow. I visited the Exhibition,took a trip through the Trossachs, andspent two da)s m the beautiful city ofEdinburgh. Returning to London, Iwent to the Hospital for Sick Childrenat Great Ormond Street. New buildingshad just been completed and are verymodern. We left London toward thelatter part of July, and although part-ings are always sad
