Rainbow wrack (Cystoseira tamariscifolia) submerged in a rock pool. This is a species of brown seaweed. When seen underwater it is an iridescent turquoise colour. However, when it is dry it is a green/brown colour. Photographed in Lizard, Cornwall, UK.
