Yukiwo Dengokl, High Chief of Arai State, asks about the mission of Task Force Koa Moana 21, I Marine Expeditionary Force. High Chief Dengokl, has been active in law and government for several years and is currently part of the Council of Chiefs, a meeting where the traditional leaders of each state assemble to discuss the events and issues that are occurring within their respective states. The Marines and Sailors of TFKM 21 are dedicated to assisting our Palauan partners in developing their capabilities and safeguarding their national sovereignty.
