Farewell to Dr. Fockema Andreae/ In the Statenzaal of the Provincial Building, the Utrecht city council met for the last time under the chairmanship of Dr. Fockema Andreae, who, as one knows, has been appointed as the Queen's Commissioner in Groningen. This session was a very solemn character, and was attended by a large number of authorities, former councilors, former aldermen, directors of companies, etc., the mayor above, during his farewell speech.
