Laurie Boutwell (FEMA Corps) registers farmer Ricky "Possum" Roussel for FEMA assistance at the Roussel Farms office in Paulina, in response to the 2016 severe flooding in Louisiana. Possum lost nearly 500 acres of his soybean crops due to the floods, and two of his business vehciles were damaged.
