It is, how-ever, now being abandoned, and ma-chinery is being installed in a new,up-to-date, reinforced concrete building,loc;;ted on Twelfth and B streets, adjoin-ing the Southern Pacific Railroad. Thepresent plant is modern in every respect;in(l is (luite a contrast to tlie old planttluil is being abandoned. The Phoenixmill has been operated from the i)egin-ning by Mr. .1. M.
