Afterthe death of his first wife he married (sec-ond), about 1654, Sarah Lumpkin, widow ofRichard Lumpkin, of Ipswich, Massachu-setts. She also came from Boxted, Essexcounty, England, and left a well dated March25, 1663. (See N. E. Historical and Genea-logical Register. Vol. 8, page 71.)
