Pievebovigliana, now part of the municipality of Valfornace, was a town in the Marches that was badly hit by the 2016 earthquake. Since then, almost all the inhabitants have been homeless, living in the small houses offered by the Italian State. These photos, taken in August 2019, show how after 3 years in the area there are still red areas, dangerous areas cause imminent collapse, and how the reconstruction is put to the test by the bureaucracy and the difficulty of restoring historic homes, Italy, on August 12 2019
