David Laws MP accompanied campaigners from Justice 4 Caf as they delivered a petition of over 6,000 signatures to Downing Street demanding that the murderers of Catherine Wells-Burr are forced to serve their sentences in the UK. The Polish Killers, Rafal Nowak, Anna Lagwinowicz and Tadevsz Dmytryszyn, want to be repatriated to Poland under the Prisoner Transfer agreement, but it is likely that their 32 year sentences will be reduced to 25 once in Poland.
