This dress is claimed to enlarge the ingress of air anddecrease the grinding surface, thus making a large quantity of cool chief fault of this dress is that the intersection angle is very largeat the eye, and decreases rapidly toward the skirt, giving a favorable anglefor entrance, but an unfavorable angle for discharge.
