DENVER-- Spc. James L. Moseley, a combat engineer for the 118th Sapper Co, prepares to descend 60 feet into a manhole during a confined-space rescue training mission that took July 24. Soldiers from the 118th are harnessed to a tripod that allows their team mates to carefully lower them to the bottom of the obstacle in order to rescue a casualty and safely return them to the surface for medical attention. The training took place during the annual Vigilant Guard exercise held throughout Colorado
