PORT LOUIS, Mauritius (Feb. 3, 2015) Officers from Tanzania, Comoros, and the Navy interact during a reception aboard USS Simpson (FFG 56) Feb. 3, 2015. Simpson, an Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate, was in port after completing the underway phase of Exercise Cutlass Express 2015.
