Vauxhall Chevette HS
Demonstration run at Race Retro 2011. TEB 649S was built be Bill Blydenstein’s famous Dealer Team Vauxhall (DTV) outfit at Shepreth in 1978. It was the first works Chevette for Jimmy McRae and was the sister car to Pentti Airikkala’s TEB 650S. The car, in Jimmy’s hands, completed on numerous Rallies in 1978, results included 7th on the Mintex, 2nd on the Circuit of Ireland, as well as starts on the Welsh and Scottish events.
