They are of the famous Bruant or sun-proof type, and cannot arouse admiration. DOUBLE VARIETIES. Pres. teon Picas. A dwarf variety and abun- dant bloomer; bright ruby red, shaded dark violet. Docteur Boux. Very dwarf and free flower- ing, bright carmine rose, changing to intense carmine. Comtesse de Castries. Flowers of very large size, petals elegantly undulated, very bright soft rose marked with white. Edw. Danglede. Large spherical trusses, beautiful magenta, base of upper petals marked orange. Francis Magnard. Flowers large, maroon crimson, brightened with violet, base of up- per petals marked orange. Doctetir Dujardin-Beaumetz. A robust free flowering variety with brilliant scarlet flowers; a magnifloent variety. Hedwlge Buchner. A very fine double white variety. Price, 13c. each.
