TOWNSHEND ISLAND, Australia (July 13, 2017) Staff Sgt. Jose Murillo, from Boston, Mass., assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), mans the watch on an amphibious assault vehicle as part of a large-scale amphibious assault during Talisman Saber 17. The 31st MEU is working in tandem with Australian counterparts to train together in the framework of stability operations.
