Hamer gebruikt door koning Willem III bij het leggen der eerste steen van de spoorwegbrug over de IJssel bij with palm wood cup. The end of the handle is decorated with pearl edge and plant motifs. On the head on one side from black wood embossed crowned lions above a banderole with inscription: "Your Maintiendrai"; On the other side silver plate with inscription. On top of relief sliced passer, shopping hook and chisel between oak wreaths. Dated: XXII October MDCCCLXI. Signature: Sr .... (illegible). Inscription: King Willem III has used this hammer to lay the first etc.
