Lockard, gender advisor for Train, Advise and Assist Command-South, assists Sarina Faizy, Kandahar provincial council member, during a practical exercise during a shura in the Train, Advise and Assist Command-South compound in Kandahar Airfield, shura was hosted by Resolute Support advisors to assist Afghan military, security, social, diplomatic, women and religious communicators in synchronizing messages on peace in Afghanistan.
