Zincite and franklinite. The red in this sample is zincite, ZnO (zinc oxide), with small flakes of dark franklinite, (Zn,Fe,Mn)(Fe,Mn)2O4 (zinc iron manganese oxide), at the boundary layer between the red and white minerals. Both are zinc ore minerals.
