Brewers Horses (Fig. 345) are from metres to metreshigh. They are harnessed singly to small two-wheeled wagons calledbrasseuses, also in pairs to light drays. They trot almost of them come from Perche, Beauce, and Normandy (Eure and HORSES OF INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE. 853 Seine-Inférieure). Small Boulonnais and some coarse Breton horsesare found among them.
