Stalls located on the sidewalk overpass above the entrance to Harrah's Hotel. On a revisit in 2013 these stalls were no longer present at this location. In 2012 the owners of the Imperial Palace, Caesar's Entertainment, re-named it the 'Quad Resort and Casino'. Some changes here.
