Lazio Roma Vicovaro S. Cosimato, this is my Italy, the italian country of visual history, Post-medieval Architecture, sculpture, painting. Rock-cut church with wall paintings and statue of S. Cosimato. A Crucifix is placed above the main altar, and directly below it is a tabernacle in the form of a tempietto. Frescoes cover the walls and vaults of the side chapels, and in one of the chapels is placed an altar of marble decorated with the Lamb of God and the symbols of the four Evangelists. Antiquities Fragments of architectural sculpture. Reimagined by Gibon. Classic art with a modern twist
