The resident choristers wore their red and white cassocks as they flipped pancakes to mark Shrove Tuesday. The boys and girls spent around an hour perfecting their pancake tossing skills for the annual event. Each year around 20 choristers race down the nave of the 12th Century Cathedral after Evensong.
