Three flies were found to be infective eight days later. Experiment 12 Commenced on June 14th, 1912, with 119 wild Glossinaniorsitans, proved to be non-infective. The flics were fed fromthe 1st to the 3rd day of the experiment on a heavily-infectedguinea-pig, and afterwards to the 60th day on a healthy monkey,which did not become infected.
