On the westwing the dry fill was at elevation 98 ft. and thewet fill at elevation 87 ft. There remained tocomplete the dam 1,652,832 cu. yds. net of fill. The filling was completed and the embank-ment portion of the dam was virtually finishedduring the year ending June 30, 1913. Dry fillwas secured from the borrow pit which had. W^ !R^ Fig. 12.
