'St Dunstan in the East, The Steeple', mid-late 19th century. One of a set of views of baroque London churches. The church of St Dunstan-in-the-East in the City of London was severely damaged in the Great Fire of 1666. It was repaired, and a steeple was added in 1695-1701 to the designs of Sir Christopher Wren.
