Anthonette Horton, command sergeant major, Special Troops Battalion (STB), 1CDSB pose with Sgt Jaemin Park, finance NCOIC, 15th Financial Management Support Company, STB, 1CDSB and SPC Raphael Waller, a nodal networking operator system maintainer, 207th Signal Company, STB, 1CDSB. Park and Waller were identified as the winners of the brigade’s NCO and Soldier of the Year competition, March 4. Both soldiers will represent 1CDSB at the division level Best Warrior Competition.
