Hagen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany - Villa Hohenhof, the Art Nouveau villa of the Osthaus Museum. In the 20th century, the Hohenhof in Hagen-Eppenhausen was a residence, a Gesamtkunstwerk and the hub of a European cultural network. The house was built from 1906 to 1908 according to designs by Henry van de Velde for Karl Ernst Osthaus and his wife Gertrud within the garden city of Hohenhagen. Today, it is one of the sites of the Karl-Ernst Osthaus Museum of the city of Hagen, along with the Kunstquartier.
