Arromanches-les-Bains, Normandy, France. Posuerunt me Custodem 1901 Monument. Jesus Christ on Cross. Arromanches-les-Bains is a Normandy seaside resort, famous for the June 1944 D-Day landings during World War II. The town is also famous for the artificial harbour, the "Mulbery B", which was one of the two breakwaters, constructed from concrete, which were towed to France. The breakwaters allowed troops and equipment to be landed.
