This front porchadds a great deal to the appearanceof the building without adding verymuch to the cost, because a loadingplatform is necessary anyhow, .so theonly additional cost is the roof andthe two corner posts. In putting upfarm buildings, a little attention toappearances adds a great deal to theselling value of the property. In this plan, the ice and sawdust areput in at the back of the the ice is packed for summer,.
