The flowers are pure w^hite, with a gold band through the center of each petal, and beautifully spotted chocolate crimson, continuing in bloom from June to October, and delightfully fragrant. SPECIOSUM—(Lancifolium)—The Speciosum sorts are the most generally admired of all the Hardy Lilies. They commence blooming in July and continue until frost cuts them down. Album—White; extra large bulbs. Roseum (Rubrum)—White suffused and spotted rose. Melpo- mene—Rich crimson, heavily spotted.
