The best VBLLE DE POITIER—Semi-double Bruant, color bright ver- mllllon-scarlet. Dwarf, very vigorous habit. Large trusses, measuring from 4 to 7V2 inches In diameter; floret large, sometimes exceeding 2 Inches In diameter. The finest large flowered scarlet Bruant that has been Introduced, and we deem It the best bedding scarlet. The trusses are on strong foot stalks, ami so freely pro- duced as to nearly conceal the foliage. It Is a constant bloomer, and almost every joint producing a flower stem.
