Infinity Bridge

A night-time view of the Infinity Bridge, Stockton, looking across the River Tees towards the Teesdale business site. For most of the 20th century, this area was fully occupied by the Head Wrightson Steelworks Company, which finally succumbed to closure in June 1987. The site would later become famous again following Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher’s ‘Walk in the Wilderness’.
