APRA HARBOR, GUAM (July 21, 2021) Fire Controlman 1st Class Leianna Mills from Killeen, Texas, assigned to the Independence-variant littoral combat ship USS Tulsa (LCS 16) participates in a rifle qualification course, July 21. Tulsa, on a rotational deployment, is operating in the 7th Fleet area of operations to enhance interoperability with partners and serve as a ready-response force in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
