Right at the present time excitement andenthusiasm is at white heat on the CharlestonDivision in connection with the new threemonths No-Accident Campaign. The com-mittees that have been appointed promise tokeep everybody livened up, and assure us thatwe will win this time, even though we wereunfortunate in the last campaign. When thisarticle is published we will still have over amonth of the allotted time before us, and wehope that all who read this, who are of theCharleston Division, will continue to help outin the contest by keeping all het up until thebell r
