This material has become very popular for growingbulbs in, and is especially adapted for use in the home, being clean and odor- less, and as it is light in weight, can be sent to a distance at small expense. It contains all the necessary plant food for almost all kinds of bulbous plants. Before using it should be thoroughly moist- ened and the bulbs planted in the same way as if soil were used. A special feature of this material is that bulbs can be grown in it in jardinieres, fern dishes and other non- porous receptacles without drainage.
