A custom graphic designed for use as nose art for the RC-135 Cobra Ball reconnaissance aircraft, operated by the 55th Wing at Offutt Air Force Base, Neb. The Cobra, coiled around snake eyes dice, represents the aircraft, mission and the optics of data collection while the matte-black banner represents the unique, single, black wing of the Cobra Ball.
