UPDATE: As of Oct. 27, 2018, these soldiers have been placed on a prepare to deploy order to support Customs and Border Protection along the Southwest border. Soldiers from Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 89th Military Police Brigade, pack up a Base X military tent here at Ft. Knox, Kentucky as they prepare themselves and their equipment for a possible mission to support federal, state and local law enforcement agencies in the United States southwestern border region.
