Indian paramilitary troopers patrol through the closed market during a heavy snowfall in Srinagar. Kashmir valley witnessed fresh snowfall covering several parts, including the capital city of Srinagar on Sunday, disrupting road movement. The fresh snowfall came as a surprise following an unusually dry and almost snowless Chillai Kalan, the traditional 40-day period of harsh winter.
