Thenumbers increased until it was foundnecessary to secure the large hall, and init the meetings were held for about 12 alterations compelled removal,and then a hall was found in SeamountPlace. After two years occupancy of thisbuilding, the members again decided to rent the West FrontRoom of the Music Hall Buildings, andthere they have continued to meet eversince. For a year or two, when the accom-. Mr. James Mowat. modation was rather limited for the at-tendances at public lectures, the RoundRoom was secured, but this was onlytemporary. For the long period of 44years the Christadelphians have met in theMusic Hall Buildings, and the West FrontRoom will ever be associated with the his-tory of their movement. No ministers are recognised within thebody, no bishops, presbyters, elders, ordeacons. It is held that all stand on afooting of equality, and that all are ex-pected to take part in the work of thebody, and in exhorting one another. Thebusiness and church management is con- ducted by a committee elected by themembers annually. The presiding breth-ren are—Mr. William M. Copland, ;Mr Peter Henderson, clothier; Mr. JosephPratt, tailor; and Mr. James Sellar, lateshipbuilder. The members meet every Sunday forenoon to observe the ordinanceof the Lords Supper with prayer, praise,and exhortation, and during the wintermonths from
