NEWARK, A tribute in honor of Brig. Gen. David E. Deputy, chief of staff, Delaware National Guard, was given by the Delaware State House of Representatives and Delaware State Senate on March 2, 2017 at the Cavalier Country Club, for his dedication and service in the Delaware National Guard. Deputy has served for over forty years; after enlisting in the Delaware Air National Guard in 1976. John C.
