Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse on the coast of the North Sea in Jutland Denmark. First lit on the 27th December 1900, decommissioned 1st August 1968 due to costal erosion and shifting sands. The lighthouse is perched on the top of Lonstrup Klint (Cliff). Surrounded by shifting sand dunes the derelict lighthouse is expected to fall into the sea within the next ten years. (before 2024)
