MOMBASA, Kenya (February 08, 2021) Capt. Michael Concannon, commanding officer of the Expeditionary Sea Base USS Hershel “Woody” Williams (ESB 4), disembarks the ship becoming the first commanding officer to do so in over a decade to visit Mombasa, Kenya Feb. 8, 2021. Hershel Williams is operating in Sixth Fleet to conduct interoperability training and building strategic partnerships with their African partners.
