Delivery photo by VGJ 14. The locomotive was manufactured in 1904 by Nydqvist & Holm AB for Västergötland - Gothenburg Railway. The company was nationalized in 1948 and the locomotive then received the SJ S15P 3081. It was finally scrapped in 1955.
