It contains a simple Manual of Parliamentary Law and Kules of Order for the guidance of officers and mem- bers of Local Conventions—Model Consti- tution and By-Laws for a Local Society- Programme for a Convention, with Subjects for Discussion—List of Premiums for Fairs, etc. Bound in cloth, and suitable for the pocket.
