B.—A delegation fromthe Master Plumbers Association ofNew Brunswick, including F. W. Nobleand F. S. Walker, of St. John; H. Mar-quis, of Campbellton; W. Brooks, ofMoneton; Earl Steeves, of St. Stephen;J. P. Pickel, of Woodstock, and D. , of this city, met the ProvincialGovernment at noon to-day. They asked that a master plumber beplaced on the Provincial Board ofHealth, that local boards of health becompelled to have a master plumber asone of their members, and that inspec-tors for boards of health in cities andtowns be certified plumbers, so that theywould be competent to inspect plumbing. The delegation were told that theirrequests would be given due considera-, Peter Campbell, secretary-treasurer ofthe Association. This is the first step in the campaignfor better trade conditions, which is tobe undertaken as a result of the recentconvention at which the New BrunswickAssociation of Sanitary and Heating En-gineers was formed. Two communications of importanceare to be sent out from the office ofJohn Watson, Secretary of the CanadianSociety of Sanitary and Heating Engin-eers, within the next few days. One an-nounces to the press and through thepress to the Dominion at large, thechange in name which was decided upon
